I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over ten years in a variety of establishments.  These range from a world class resort to neighborhood bars and sports bars.  I have worked the majority of this time in a fine dinning setting which offered superb meals and an excellent wine list, both of which I became very familiar with over the duration of my employment.  I am a recent addition to the Chicago area and have been seeking employment in a field in which I have a very strong base.
