-Reviewed, prepared, and maintained recorded budget transactions, checking for accuracy and taking corrective action when necessary as well as notifying appropriate individuals of any over or under expenditures.
-Processed and updated contracted expenditures in the state wide ACD (Agency Contracts Database) system as well as contractual insurance agreements with private or state contractors with the Department of Social Health Services.
-Assisted higher level fiscal personnel with summary information and analysis of records and reports.
