In my experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, I believe I bring a lot to the table. I am a clean cut presentable person. I bring a youthfulness, character, brightness, passion, hip persona, and a smile, that's not always easy to find in one person. I love my field of work, and I have a heart to serve people. I contain extremely strong customer service skills, great personality, and on point work ethic. I am one to rise to the occasion and take on a challenge. I'm a team player, I believe in servant leadership, and I believe I model it in all I do.
Throughout the past 9 years of working in the F.B.H industry, I have gained solid work experience and skill in just about every position in the food and beverage hospitality business as; sous chef, waiter, bartender, catering, host, manager (hiring, training, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, marketing, etc)
This experience i have acquired over the years has been gained in many different F.B.H environments from; fine dining restaurant, hotel, deli, small storefront family owned business, to catering in Bel Air, Beverly Hills clients’ homes, private parties, etc.
With this exposure and experience I believe I have the knowledge, eye, and skill, to create no matter what the field of F.B.H may be; to create an experience of excellence, enjoyment, and satisfaction, and reaching that every day is a goal and passion at the workplace for me.
Being born in Papua New Guinea, my father Australian, my mother American, growing up in Melbourne and Sydney. Traveling the world has given me a great respect for people, cultures, foods, and beverages of the world, and has helped to shape me into the individual and Business minded individual I am today.
In closing my leadership skills have proven me to be an asset in any position I'm placed.
