*Charged with the profitability of the kitchen and bar, while also making sure that both areas met with state health standards. Implemented mandatory bi-weekly training sessions for all employees, to verify that everyone was on-board with the requirements
*Improved the profitability of the kitchen area by 40% in the 1st year, by making sure that the staff was well-trained and food preparation and serve times were minimized. Also applied programs for the bar area, mainly drink specials that ensured profitability was also improved.
