·         Coordinate marketing activities for major NYC night club including promotions, VIP reservations, hotel accommodations, guest list/mailing list management, info packets, and wrist bands/drink tickets

·         Develop client database and maintain weekly

·         Responsible for office administration including organization, supplies, maintaining marketing & operational files and general office support for general manager and staff

·         Aid in recruiting process including resume screening and interview coordination

·         Provide customer service for club patrons including answering and routing high volume of customer calls, handling customer complaints, coat check log, lost & found, and credit card/ID return

Serve as successful interim support for various roles throughout the club as needed
