Lauderdale Metropolitan area is looking for a Senior Analog RFIC Design Engineer. We are looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area.Functions: Develop broadband RF Analog / Mixed Signal ICs from product definition through transfer to production May work with marketing, systems engineering, and customers to define new products and set specifications Is a member of an IC Design Team (and on occasion may lead the team) with responsibility for IC system and circuit design Provide guidance to physical designers and monitor progress of IC layout Provide inputs to characterization plans for ICs produced by the design team Work with systems engineers, application engineers, and marketing managers to prepare product briefs, data sheets, and application notes Be responsible for measurement and characterization of portions of new ICs that they designed Work with product and test engineers as needed to ensure ICs are successfully transferred to production Sr. Analog RFIC Design Engineer Qualifications: A BSEE degree with 5-10 years of IC design work experience or an MSEE with 5+ years of IC design experience Experience designing RF, analog, and/or mixed-signal circuits used in broadband receivers designed for CMOS and/or BiCMOS processes Transistor-level experience designing fundamental RF, analog, and/or mixed signal building blocks such as LNAs, mixers, PLLs, oscillators, analog filters, and data converters Experience with Cadence RF / analog IC design tools such as Spectre and SpectreRF circuit simulators and Verilog-A modeling language Hands-on experience characterizing RF, analog, or mixed signal circuits using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, noise figure meters, etc. For consideration, please send your resume to pmontoya@kforce.com today!Apply Now!
